No Access to Archived Files?
Please check your email for a message from PayPal regarding a failed payment attempt. Please correct your billing info there within the 3 day grace period. Be sure to ALSO re-check your “SUBSCRIPTION FUNDING SOURCE” on PP if you added a NEW card. PP will still try the OLD one if you don’t change this. When PayPal re-attempts a successful payment again, your access here will be restored. Do NOT just send me a direct payment, it won’t get applied to your subscription.
Charged But Still No Access?
PayPal may have charged your credit card but because your email address here is not the same as your PRIMARY email address at PayPal, your payment doesn’t get credited to your account here. You need to have your email addresses matching between PayPal and our membership system in order for payments to get credited to your Time Travelers account. Please correct your PayPal account PRIMARY email address to your current working address and then contact firstname.lastname@example.org to be sure to check if they match and the expiration dates match up.
Paypal Cancelled Subscription?
After the 8 days of a grace period, if we do not hear from you, your recurring payment will be cancelled, and PayPal will no longer attempt billing your account. Your subscription would be expired here also of course. You’ll need to correct your PayPal payment methods and sign up again.
Never Received Password?
You need to have your email addresses matching between PayPal and our membership system in order to receive your password to access the Time Travelers archives. Please correct your PayPal account PRIMARY email address to your current working address and then contact email@example.com to get your new address sync’ed up with your subscription. Please provide the NON-working address in your message.
If you wish to cancel your subscription and your monthly recurring payments, you can simply login to your PayPal account and access your “Recurring Payments” or “Subscriptions” there.

Once you can find your subscription to our service, you can cancel it from there. Our system will continue your access through the remaining period of time you paid for. Please do not file a dispute with your credit card company as this will only delay the process by several months and cost us up to 20 times the refunded amount. I will accommodate any situation you need. If you need an immediate attention to handle some erroneous duplicate subscription and need a refund, contact us.
PayPal Sign Up Error?
It seems that some accounts on PayPal have something wrong with them that prevents NEW subscriptions to go through, you get “Sorry — your last action could not be completed.” They can’t figure out what the problem is either, so the only fix has been to use a second email address and create a new Paypal account just for this. Or close your current account and use your same email address to open a new one. This has fixed the signup problem at PayPal. We are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience. Renewal Failures: If you are just having a renewal failure, do NOT close your account and start over, do not cancel your subscription. Please read above tips.
